Geary won the John Jones Memorial Trophy as the club’s senior best and fairest winner, while Gilbert claimed the A-grade best and fairest award.
Geary polled 227 votes to defeat fellow midfielder Adam Baird by just two votes in a thrilling count.
Club great Simon Rosa finished third in his final season with a 119 votes, while Tom Toma was fourth on 116.
Dylan Johnstone won the Brian Pell Memorial goal kicking award, ruckman Matt Compston took out the coaches award and Jake Thrum earned the Cyril Bourke Memorial Rising Star Award.
