Heathcote on Show is an annual three-day festival that showcases the best locally made food and wine on offer.
Winemakers, growers, brewers, and restaurants are all eager to serve up delicious samples to festival patrons.
More than 40 winemakers will host winery tours with 30 cellar doors open for people to buy award-winning wines.
Shuttle buses will operate excursions from the town centre to the region’s wineries and cellar doors throughout the long weekend.
The town’s restaurants and cafés are have also created menus that feature a variety of flavour.
Heathcote’s town centre will also be busy with a Farmer’s Market being held on June 11, while High Street will have vintage cars on display, pony rides, face painting and the petting zoo full of baby animals for the kids.
For anyone looking for a dinner-based event, Tellurian’s Winter Winery dinner is on Saturday and Sunday night in Tellurian’s Barrel Room and Downing Estate will host a Vertical Tasting Dinner at Heathcote Golf Club.
Heathcote on Show is held on the Queens Birthday Weekend, June 11 to 13.
