The Bendigo BMX Club member has been selected in an eight-rider under 19 team to represent Australia from May 23-29.
The Championships are a vital step on the road to Rio for Australia's BMX athletes ahead of the competition at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games in August.
Australia will send teams in the elite men's and women's divisions and under 19 men's and women's.
White last month finished fourth in his junior elite men's class at the Australian National BMX Championships in Bathurst.
The Australian team is headed by 2012 London Olympic Games silver medallist and dual world champion Sam Willoughby, 2012 Olympian Lauren Reynolds and Caroline Buchanan, who is fresh from victory in the opening round of the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup in Argentina last month.
Cycling Australia CEO Nicholas Green said the team was "exceptionally strong".
