Hull, a former Australian junior track champion, has teamed up with Evans, who was second in last weekend's Bendigo Women’s Madison with Macedon Ranges club cyclist Lauretta Hanson.
They are one of about half dozen teams with genuine chances in the event, which is the club's final track event for the 2015-16 season.
Hull is backing up from Sunday's 200-lap Bendigo International Madison, after partnering his brother Caiden.
So too are Sam Crome and Brendan Schultz.
Crome, who won the Bendigo International Madison in 2014, will team up with in-form B-grade rider Adam Lennon, while Schultz will partner Peter Sens.
Luke Knox, who rode in the 2014 international madison, and Jason Finch are another team with strong claims in the race.
Club vice-president Syd Anstee, who will team with son and ex-team rider Taylor, said the field was one of the most even in years.
"There are a lot of guys who are team riders – they’re professional bike riders," he said.
"The club madison night is really good - it's the culmination of the track season.
We might get 500 or 1000 people out there watching it.”
The madison will be contested over 110-laps and will be preceded by a junior madison involving 11 teams over 50 laps.
Racing at the Tom Flood Sport Centre starts at 7pm. Entry is free.
