The star from Belvoir Park Golf Club near Big Hill struck 75 on the second day to beat overnight leader Mary-Anne Davis from Murray Downs by a shot.
Buninyong’s Helen Pascoe was third on 78-77-155, with Helen Leech from Neangar Park fourth overall.
After an opening round of 81, Leech struck back to score 77 in the windy conditions on day two.
Mansfield’s Virginia Bailey followed up a first-round nett of 65 with a tally of 62 to win the 36-hole nett trophy.
Pat Cook from Yarrawonga-Mulwala was in hot form as she won the B-grade title on 85-84-169.
Runner-up was Millie Cumming from Mansfield on 89-81-170, with Brigthon’s Maree McGowan, 87-87-174, in third place.
Quarry Hill’s Leanne Key started the titles by scoring 90 to lead C-grade after day one.
Key finished fifth on 90-101-191, as Elizabeth Hendy from Clifton Springs carded 93-93-186 to win the title.
Nearest the pin winners on day one were Belvoir Park’s Alison Woodman, 2nd; Axedale’s Ruth Iser, 7th; and Rich River’s Joy Kelly, 14th.
The championships drew golfers from as far afield as Boort, Maryborough, Mansfield, Donald, Elmore, Wedderburn, Beechworth, Wycheproof, Cohuna, Warracknabeal, Jarklin, Mildura, Calivil, Ouyen, Euroa, Quarry Hill and Rich River.
