More than 3100 delegates from across Victoria and New South Wales attended the three-day convention.
Ten delegates took part in an immersion baptism on Saturday.
Organiser David Ray said delegates must study for a period of time before committing to the baptism in front of an audience.
“It’s an important part of the convention,” he said.
“Many relatives and friends are there sharing the moment with them.
“The emotion on their faces is priceless.”
