The central Victorian trio is preparing to embark on the trip of a lifetime when they head to Chennai, India, to take part in the World Down Syndrome Congress next week.
They’re making the trip with about 20 other Victorians with Down Syndrome, as part of a contingent with Down Syndrome dance group e.motion21. The group will perform their dance routine for the congress.
The occasion is particularly special for Kate, who was the recipient of a bursary which will pay for her and her mother Frances Russell to attend the congress.
Ned said he was most looking forward to visiting the Taj Mahal while Kate can’t wait to tuck into some delicious Indian food.
Frank said his favourite part of dancing with e.motion21 was being on stage with his friends.
