The mother of two won the 35-39 years 20-inch and cruiser finals on the Brisbane circuit.
A multiple world champion, Wilson's tally of national titles is at 15.
"Every title is special, but these are among the most memorable," Wilson said.
Her mum, Faye was hospitalised in the lead-up to the titles.
"Mum was trackside for every national championships I have raced at."
It also meant that Jaclyn's dad, John stayed in Bendigo to be with Faye.
"Racing in Brisbane was under difficult circumstances," said Jaclyn.
"I would train or race during the day and then phone to check how mum was."
Faye has since been discharged from hospital.
"The support of my parents and godparents, Denise and Noel Hall is incredible," said the 2011-12 Bendigo Advertiser Sports Star of the Year.
Now in its 51st year, Sports Star is backed by Bendigo Bank and Prime 7.
After a well-earned holiday, Jaclyn will return to the track with sights on the 2016 nationals at Bathurst.
Other highlights for Bendigo BMX Club at the 2015 national titles were Rhian Hobbs' fourth placing in the 11-girls, Kallen O'Grady, fifth in 13-boys; and Marcus Walker, eighth in 10-boys.
