The show's director said the talented cast had continually been challenging themselves with the production.
"It's been incredibly exciting all the way through and I think they'll blow the audience away," he said.
"When you audition for a show like this, you have to have the whole package and be able to sing, dance and act."
Mr Murray has given the cast of 25 the opportunity to express themselves as well as develop their characters.
"You can do the show with between 20 and 70 people," he said.
"The reason I capped it at 25 was to maximise the talent – there’s not a weak link in the whole show.
"It gives the cast, who play a lot of multiple roles, an opportunity to express themselves as well as greater freedom of movement and freedom of expression.
"Focus really comes down to their singing and acting talent."
As well as the talent of the cast, Mr Murray has been impressed with the band led by Cynthia Holsworth.
"The band is hot. And it's a group of classy performers," he said.
Mr Murray has previously directed musicals Into the Woods (2006) and Les Miserables (2008) with the company.
He has also directed dramas including Inheritance, Don's Party and The Removalists.
