The Fury survived a spirited second-half fight-back from the Queensland Fury to be crowned champions for the second year in a row.
Victoria won 51 to 49.
Former North Central netballer Caitlyn Strachan was a part of the premiership winning team.
Strachan, who was vice-captain of the Fury, has had a successful year, she was a part of the Melbourne Vixens team who claimed the ANZ Championship.
Strachan has now signed on to play with the Queensland Firebirds for the 2015 ANZ season.
The Fury finished the season without losing a game, it was their 23rd consecutive victory.
Victoria headed for a comfortable win before the Fusion staging an impressive come back in front of a packed crowd at the Waverley Centre in Melbourne.
The Futy led by as much as 11 goals in the first half but the Fusion responded in the second half, getting to within six-goals by three quarter time.
Fusion continued to chip away at the lead in the final quarter, forcing the gap to just one goal with two minutes remaining in the game.
Fury shooter Stephanie Puopolo remained cool under pressure to score a goal, ensuring the premiership trophy remained in Victoria for another year.
Victorian coach Kristy Keppich-Birrell told Netball Australia she had the confidence her players would keep their composure to win the game.
It was Victoria's fifth ANL title.
