CFA attends Jackass Flat burn off

A CFA spokesperson said the fire was burnt 20 metres from a house at a vacant property and consisted of a large pile of tree stumps.
A number of nearby residents alerted the CFA to the fire, which blew smoke across residential areas.
The three units arrived at the scene just after 8pm and left soon after.
The spokesperson said no infringement notices were issued.
