The pair are aiming to help their team defend the title it claimed at the 2013 carnival, held for players with an intellectual disability.
They will take on New South Wales and South Australia in a round robin event at the Waverley Netball Centre.
The grand final winner will be awarded the Marie Little OAM Shield.
Campbell and Rollason play domestic netball at the Golden City association on Saturday afternoons and have both represented Bendigo at All-Abilities state titles.
