The Boomers, who are preparing for the World Cup, first took on Finland in Klaipeda, Lithuania on Friday night, winning by five points in a thrilling game.
The final score saw the Boomers win 105 to 100.
Finland led by 10 points at the three quarter time break, however the Australians pegged back the lead.
A Joe Ingles three-pointer sealed the come-from behind win for the Boomers.
Australia also took on Ukraine in its second game of its European tour.
It was a dominant performance from the Boomers, who comfortably won 75 to 60.
Maryborough's Matthew Dellavedova played 19 minutes of the game, he finished with five assists.
The Boomers began strongly, racing out to a 32 to 7 at quarter time.
Dante Exum finished with a game-high 14 points for the game.
The Boomers final game of the Lithuania Tournament will be against the host nation on Tuesday.
They will then play Finland in Helsinki on Wednesday.
