Bridgewater suffered a dramatic one-goal loss to Inglewood in round 13 and also lost to fellow finals contender Newbridge the previous week.
Tremain said a negative mindset had crept into her players' minds.
“Our mindset had changed over the past couple of games, so over the past few weeks we spoken about what we have to do,” she said.
“We need to start training as hard as we play.”
In round 14 action of the Loddon Valley Netball League, Bridgewater will take on reigning premiers YCW.
Tremain said she was definitely looking for a stronger four quarter performance from her team this weekend.
“Last time we played, it was horrific conditions, it was raining heavily which slowed the game down,” she said.
“Hopefully there is some decent weather on Saturday and the skill level is higher.”
Tremain said it would be a tough game as the Eagles were in great form this season.
“Laura Naughton will return this week, she is a key player who plays in centre,” she said.
“She didn’t play last time we took on YCW.”
The game will be played at Bridgewater Recreation Reserve at 2.30pm.
