Metro proved too strong, winning 18.17 (125) to 13.9 (87) at Werribee's Avalon Airport Oval.
Geary, who captained the BFNL to inter-league success this year, played most of the match across half-back and was named second best for Vic Country.
Waters, who has representing Vic Country at senior level for the second time, impressed in the ruck and was named third best.
Eaglehawk's Brodie Filo, one goal, and Golden Square's Jon Coe also played for Vic Country.
Victoria Country's division two side had more success, thrashing the VAFA Premier B-Division 4 side by 80 points.
The Vic Country side, which included Mount Pleasant's Tim Hill and Weddberburn's Rohan McHugh, won 19.21 (135) to 8.7 (55).
