James' announcement sparked huge celebrations in Cleveland, with season tickets selling out less than eight hours after the confirmation of the "King's" return.
Dellavedova made a big impression in his his rookie season with the Cavs.
After missing selection in the NBA draft, Dellavedova forced his way onto the Cavs' roster via strong performances at training camp and in the Summer League.
He averaged 4.7 points, 1.7 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game in his rookie season.
Dellavedova is in Las Vegas this week for his second Summer League.
He's leading a young Cavaliers squad that includes this year's number one selection in the NBA draft Andrew Wiggins.
In their first game today the Cavs defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 70-68.
Dellavedova played 36 minutes, scoring 13 points to go with nine rebounds and six assists.
Wiggins had 18 points and three rebounds.
