Senior Constable Kate Marjoram from Castlemaine police said three men were arrested after police intercepted a BMW on the Midland Highway about 10.45pm yesterday.
Senior Constable Marjoram said police were putting the third man in the police van when a fourth male did a runner.
Police alleged 105 grams of ICE was found in the vehicle, along with bolt cutters, a knife, cable ties, gloves, dark clothing and other adapted weaponry.
The three men have been charged with offences including trafficking a commercial quantity of a drug of dependence, possessing a commercial quantity of drugs, and possessing ammunition and assorted weapons.
The men will appear in the Bendigo Magistrates Court later today.
