US craft beers have taken over the taps with the Brooklyn Brewery, Evil Twin Brewing Company and Bridgeport Brewing Company pouring from 6pm.
Goldmines general manager Justin McPhail said the beers had never been available in Bendigo before.
Just 20 litres of each brew is available for the night.
"They are some of the world's best brews and the brewers will be here as well," he said.
An American-style menu includes Philly Cheesesteak and an American Eton Mess featuring peanut butter ice-cream, raspberry jelly, pretzels, toasted marshmallow, potato chips, toasted brioche and Hershey's chocolate sauce.
"We like to do things a little bit different and are showcasing what exciting things the kitchen can do," Mr McPhail said.
Entry is free and pouring starts at 6pm.
