The fire is being treated as suspicious.
Police tape surrounded the property on Thursday and Melbourne-based arson chemists were in Bendigo to investigate the fire.
A Bendigo Police detective told the Bendigo Advertiser on Friday morning they had no new information and are appealing to the public for assistance.
Firefighters were called to the blaze on Wednesday at 10.43pm.
"It was a 6m x 6m shed fully engulfed upon arrival," a CFA spokeswoman said.
"They'll investigate it today in conjunction with Victoria Police."
Police guarded the front and rear of the Lucan Street property on Thursday morning while they waited for the fire investigators to arrive.
The house at the front of the property is vacant with a 'To Let' sign in the front yard.
