Played over three days in June, Brown shot rounds of 81, 82 and 84 to become the A-grade gross winner.
As well as winning the club championship, Brown was also the putting aggregate winner.
She hit a total of 87 putts across the three rounds.
Yvonne Boyd was the A-grade nett winner after shooting rounds of 77, 81 and 75.
She won on a countback from Bernice Campbell.
Sue Flint was the B-grade gross winner after playing in a sudden death play-off against Frances Pollock.
Flint shot rounds of 95, 100 and 95.
The B-grade net winner was Frances Pollock, she shot 71, 88 and 74 for a total net of 233.
The C-grade gross winner and nett winner was Peg Walsh.
Her total gross was 334 and her total nett was 238.
