In the first two days of competition, the boys team have won its first game against South Australia on Monday.
O'Keefe took one wicket from his six overs with Victoria claiming an eight wicket win its first match of the national tournament.
In Victoria's second game was tougher with Queensland setting a big total for O'Keefe and the team.
Having won the toss and electing to bat, the Queenslanders made a perfect start with openers combining for a 92-run partnership.
Victoria eventually bowled them out for 162.
In return, the Queensland bowling attack proved too strong, dismissing the side for 81 in the 36th over.
O'Keefe scored eight runs.
In the girls competition, the Victorians had a close battle with South Australia.
The Vics started strongly but the efforts of South Australia saw them win by one run.
Bendigo bowler Letesha Bawden bowled two overs and took one wicket.
In the second match, Queensland was too strong winning by 64 runs.
Both the Victorian teams will be back in action on Thursday when they face the Australian Capital Territory.
