Manager Cathy Doherty said $5 from every regular box - which costs $13.95 to $14.95 - would be donated to 3BO's Give me 5 for Kids fundraiser.
She said many businesses had encouraged employees to get on the noodle bandwagon and indulge in the tasty treat for lunch.
She said regular customers were also supportive of the cause. "If someone orders a small we let them know about the Give me 5 for Kids and they're usually more than happy to upsize as they think it's a great cause," she said.
"With the (3BO) here yesterday it nearly doubled our sales - it was very full-on."
Ms Doherty said business owner Andrew Colley was hoping to raise $10,000 for the hospital and the store was on track to meet its target.
The Noodle Box fundraiser started on Monday and finishes on June 22.
