Chaplin and the Gliders first stop was in Germany to compete in the World Super Cup of Wheelchair Basketball.
It was a two-day round-robin tournament against the 2012 London Paralympic gold medallists Germany and the Netherlands.
After four games in two days the Gliders will then head to west Holland.
It is there the Gliders will base themselves for a week, competiting in practice games against the Dutch national team.
Chaplin is a veteran of the team. She played a key role for Australia's silver medal winning team at the 2012 Paralympics in London.
The Women's World Wheelchair Basketball Championships will take place in Toronto, Canada between June 20 and 28.
The Gliders' first game is against the United States.
