The pair are among an Australian badminton squad of five men and five women to compete at the Commonwealth Games, which begin in Glasgow on July 23.
For Warfe, it will be his third Commonwealth Games after previously competing in 2006 in Melbourne and 2010 in Delhi.
Warfe will team with a new partner Raymond Tam, who is making his Commonwealth Games debut.
Glasgow will be Tho's second Commonwealth Games following his 2010 selection.
Tho - now a dentist in Ballarat and a previous winner of Bendigo's Cyril Michelsen Trust Fund Award in 2005 - will compete in the men's singles.
Tho won his first Oceania Championships title earlier this year to help earn selection.
Also among the Australian team will be Swan Hill's Ross Smith.
Warfe, Tho and Smith are all graduates of the Bendigo Bank Academy of Sport.
The Australian team will leave for a one-week training camp in Derby, England, on July 14 before the Commonwealth Games badminton competition begins on July 24 in the Emirates Arena.
