Man taken to hospital after assault
A MAN was taken to hospital with facial injuries after he was assaulted in Kangaroo Flat on Thursday night.

Bendigo Crime Investigation Unit Detective Senior Constable Scott Tuddenham said the 47-year-old man was drinking with friends at a house about 8pm.
"He has had a bit of a falling out with his friends," he said.
"He went to hospital but left on his own accord."
Detective Senior Constable Tuddenham said a man and woman were interviewed but were released.
Meanwhile police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to an attempted sexual assault in an Echuca carpark on Monday.
