Textas used to create art at gallery

A NEW exhibition featuring works created with textas and connector pens is on show at Chonk Gallery.

Tom House's Texta's of the Past is on show in the Bridge Street gallery until December 12.

"It's mainly all just texta drawings and then water on top of it," he said.

"I even used connector pens from Big W."

The exhibitions includes drawings and a sculpture called 'The Stink'.

"It started life as a PA Speaker and has got other bits and pieces," Mr House said.

"It's painted green.

"It looks cool."

Chonk Gallery is located at 97 Bridge Street, Bendigo.
