BSSC's squads boast the athleticism and skill of the Kyneton-based Mangans.
The national titles will be played on courts at Knox, Kilsyth and Dandenong from December 1 to 6.
Key players in the Bendigo Braves organisation, Jonathan Goodman and Kevin Probert will coach BSSC's girls' and boys' teams respectively.
After a year in which he coached the Bendigo Lady Braves to a conference championship and the national final, Goodman is again taking on the major role with the Lions.
Goodman's assistant coaches with the BSSC team are Elise Strachan and Emma Grant.
Being a participant with BSSC at the national schools' basketball titles is something Probert has done many times.
He did so firstly as a guard for the Lions, then as assistant coach to David Flint and now as coach.
At this year's titles the Braves guard will be assisted by Peter Hunt and Travis Matheson.
