Food, entertainment and the best of the region’s wine will be on offer at the October 5 and 6 event.
In its 12th year, the festival will also have master classes overseen by wine commentator Nick Stock, chef Patrick Aldred and wine taster and educator Rob Hicks.
Organisers promise there will be plenty of local gourmet food to be washed down with some of Heathcote’s famed shiraz wines.
“Great wine is even better with great food and the festival has plenty of offer in this area,” Heathcote Winegrowers Association executive officer Henry Screen said.
“There’s produce galore, both local and regional, including olive oils and olive products, nuts, cheese, prime beef, preserves, spices, gourmet biscuits, puddings and more.”
A festival bus is available to shuttle guests from Bendigo or Melbourne.
Tickets are on sale for the festival, with the admission price at $30 online or $35 on the gate.
