The Gold has signed Jenny's Early Learning Centres in a bid to improve its product for children and Bendigo Coachlines, which will transport players and staff to and from matches.
JELC will assist the Gold with junior merchandise, school holiday clinics and Auskick matches, Gold chairman Tim Dickson said.
"The involvement of children within our club and events are paramount, and when you see in excess of 500 children run around on the QEO after our game against Collingwood this year it illustrates where our future is," Dickson said.
JELC managing director Darren Reid said a VFL club was good for Bendigo.
"It's an important asset that Bendigo must hold on to, it allows families to watch AFL talent in Bendigo without having to travel to Melbourne," he said.
The Gold will announce a decision on its future at a Business Luncheon at Epsom-Huntly Recreation Reserve on Friday.
If the club survives, its players and staff will have the benefit of travelling to matches together by coach next season.
"It’s been great that David Dawson and Bendigo Coachlines have come on board," DIckson said.
"We have invested significantly in developing a culture within our club, and this will allow that to progress to the next stage."
The Gold is still about 75 members short of its target of 500 by Friday and remains in talks with council about a venue to run a commercial operation.
