John Harrison, 42, faced the Bendigo Magistrates Court briefly yesterday before having his bail extended.

Harrison has been charged with stalking a 13-year-old Bendigo teenager and using Facebook as a carriage service to menace the alleged victim over a period of six months.

Police allege Harrison befriended the boy on Facebook and sent him a series of messages, demanding sexual acts.

Harrison was arrested at his home in a police raid on February 1.
