East dominated on the Bendigo Bowling Club greens to win 16-78 to 0-48.
It was a remarkablue turnaround from the semi-final which Square won.
Woodbury beat South Bendigo by a shot, 14-58 to 2-57 in a dramatic division two contest.
North Bendigo won its first premiership in 11 years when division three triumphed against Heathcote by eight shots.
The division four title was won by Golden Square against Calivil-Serpentine, and Bendigo VRI took out the division five decider against Lockwood South.
As division one champion, Bendigo East will play Deniliquin in the region final on March 8 at Bendigo Bowls Club.
