I have nothing but admiration and appreciation for the volunteers, whether they work in the centre itself or do the rounds of local businesses and attractions to supply tourism brochures, or assist visitors as guides, etc, when special events are on such as Grace Kelly: Style Icon.

These volunteers are always generous of spirit when they visit my business.

They present Bendigo in a very positive light and, as for many tourists, they are the first port of call in Bendigo. The value of this cannot be underestimated.

The feedback I get from customers is that the volunteers’ knowledge of what Bendigo has to offer is exceptional.
