Green Light are assisting in delivering projects for an industry leading organisation and have a permanent opportunity for a Technical Service Team Lead with a minimum NV1 clearance starting ASAP in Canberra ACT.

About the role: 

You will have the opportunity to work with a multinational professional services network of firms, playing a key role within a Federal Government Agency in ACT. The Technical Services Team Leader will provide mentoring and management to a team of 9x Wintel Engineers, across the Federal Government Portfolio. You will have the opportunity in direct liaison with the Customer Service Delivery Manager and other skill groups. Responsibilities of the role will involve the day to day tasks for Support Engineers and the monitoring of the call management queues for Incidents, Problems and Change Requests, and providing documentation of Processes, Procedures, Guides and Work Instructions for performing specific tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • NV1 Security Clearance
  • Strong demonstrated experience as in a Team Leader
  • Strong experience in industry, performing as a Wintel Engineer or Project Leader in Microsoft Technologies
  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts and acting as the primary escalation point
  • Experience in a Customer facing position; Account Management of one or more strategic accounts, or Project management of a key business systems or processes to customer acceptance
