About our centre:
Permanent, full-time opportunity, 38 hours per week
60 place centre, leading the 22 place 4-5 year room
Key Educator implemented
Indoor/Outdoor program run throughout the year
Centre take advantage of the natural environment they are surrounded in via Bush Kinder
Centre are partaking in a Health Initiative Program called ‘Smiles for Miles’ and are an approved Sun Smart Service
Centre staff are currently learning Auslan sign as a second language
Weekly Incursions (e.g. African drumming, Mini beasts, Mini Maestros and Music program etc.) and Excursions (e.g. Local library and community visits etc.) that occur
Work alongside a new and passionate Centre Director who has been within the sector for over 30+ years
Ensuring you are set up for success by our comprehensive induction and training programme

Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Contribute to a professional and positive work culture through your strong communication skills, reliability and professionalism
Champion positive and meaningful relationships with families and children
Hold a current First Aid qualification
Passionate Teacher who models effective application of pedagogy in their teaching practice
Seek to share best practice examples to improve the education program and provide quality learning experiences
