In a true partnering role, where you aren’t required to source candidates, you will be integrated into the clients Talent Acquisition team and will play a critical role in the delivery of Internal Recruitment activities, the achievement of strategic objectives and managing the fulfilment of vacancies.

Your new role

  • Manage the delivery of RPO & MSP recruitment services
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Educate key stakeholders on the recruitment lifecycle, systems and technology
  • Engage with our Sourcing team to ensure full understanding of role requirements
  • Develop profound relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
  • Work with our compliance team in Auckland to ensure successful onboarding
  • Bring innovative ideas and turn them into improvements to process and service to help drive the success of your team

What you'll need to succeed
Previous recruitment experience either agency or internal. The desire to deliver service excellence and look at ways we can improve what we can do will be second nature. Finally, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills will help you navigate new processes and help you become entrenched into the client.
