THE ROLE Provide administrative support to the Spring Gully Asset Site Based teams (up to 100 rotating personnel). Ensuring all site personnel and visitors meet HSE policies and directives in support of the Site Safety Management Plan. Responsibilities will include: Site induction management, including validation of personnel/visitor induction requirements for site, personnel/contractor profile management, access card processes & site access management. Maintenance of site roster using the DIMO roster application - recording all planning, scheduling & travel requirements to ensure visibility & flow of work for site managers & personnel. This includes travel bookings/amendments (flights, accommodation, car hire etc), training, leave & ad hoc team movements. Managing site reception to ensure the smooth running of the site office and help to improve day to day operations Provide logistical support, scheduling and management of procurement activities, site vehicles, stock inventories & more. Technology SME support for site personnel, including assisting with set up of Teams/Audio meetings for all levels of Origin management and roll out of IT projects and upgrades. Assist with SAP requisitions, Purchase Orders, and expense management for Field and Facility Managers A wide range of admin and support including training coordination, document management and event planning IS THIS YOU? We're seeking a proactive individual who has strong experience in either a Team Administrator or Office Manager type role. You'll need to be a strong team player who is proficient at planning, coordinating, prioritising workloads whilst maintaining a positive friendly attitude under pressure. Evidence of a proactive approach to work and a can do attitude towards tasks and projects are also needed. Your skills and experience will include: Proven experience in a busy self-sufficient Team Administrator role Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and SAP Demonstrated ability to manage time, accurately complete and prioritise tasks and to be flexible in a dynamic and fast paced work environment Ability to work autonomously & work effectively within a team environment Ability to deal with rapidly changing priorities and a wide range of tasks Meet tight deadlines & prioritise workload with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills A great team to join It's an exciting time to join Origin.
