Site Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity to join and provide administrative support to a FIFO/DIDO project team based in Dubbo. Our client is a well-known national contractor delivering important and iconic projects across all key sectors of the civil construction industry, meaning they offer significant and diverse work opportunities!

Remuneration is based on experience of course, though you can expect a salary between $70k - $100k plus super.

The Position

• Assist the Project Manager and other project staff with the implementation and coordination of project administration systems
• Docket and time sheet data entry
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers as required
• Management of daily procurement and commercial documentation
• General administration duties

Ideal Background

• Ideally previous experience as a Site Administrator with exposure to the infrastructure, building or rail industry
• High level of time management, organisational and multitasking skills
• The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships internally and externally
• The ability to work independently and as part of a highly functioning team
