Your new role
The marketing Activation Executive is a part of the Shopper & Activation team, you'll be reporting to the Marketplace Planner as a part of the Customer Solutions function.
The purpose of this role is to support the shopper team by communicating and executing shopper activations for brand, customer and category.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
•Partners internal and external agencies and suppliers to support in the delivery of Best in Class Shopper Marketing activations
•Supports the delivery commercial/strategic review of activity, capture and share leanings with the broader team
•Supports Budget management of Shopper Marketing campaigns and activities, including processing of invoices
•Creates shopper marketing selling materials to brief & enable Field sales to ensure flawless execution.
•Supports Activation Team with campaign creations, management & approvals in SAP for specific customers/channels
•Supports Activation Team with sourcing requirements for customers.
•Supports Activation Team with the creation of adhoc digital & POS requests for certain channels/customers
•Supports Activation Team with uploading to & maintaining of assets on the DEN for certain channels/customers
•Accountable for identified KPIs on Sales & Marketing Scorecard
What you'll need to succeed•Preferred experience in shopper, activation or FMCG.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others (internally & externally) to meet shared objectives
•Demonstrated stakeholder management
•Project Management skills
•Sound ability to connect insight, strategy & execution to deliver positive outcomes
•Sound commercial acumen & budget management
•Willingness to learn and a can do attitude!
