You could be the next Settlements Associate, to join their team based in Melbourne. Day to day this role will see you: Managing daily loan files from funding through to settlement Assisting with general administrative function in relations to settlements and discharges Ensuring compliance of a loan file is in line with the bank policy Meeting deadlines, and problem solving files Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Working within a social and collaborative team environment If you: Are flexible and a fast learner - they are fast moving and changing all the time Have great organisation skills and high attention to detail Have great communication skills, both written and verbal and can build rapport with customers as well as your fellow team members Have a drive to improve things and challenge processes to improve the customer experience Love delivering a high level service Collaborating with a vibrant and diverse team Are eager to bring your own capabilities, experiences and knowledge to help build the foundations of the organisation ...then this may be the role for you!
