Senior Sales Associate | Real Estate

Your New Company:

Hays Newcastle have partnered with nationally recognised real estate and property agencies across the region who are interested in expanding their team due to clear industry growth and projections in the area.

We are currently looking for Sale Agents who may be looking for a change or new challenge whether that involves leading /managing a small team of upcoming talent or using your experience and knowledge to dive into a new suburban market.

Your New Role:

As a Residential Sales Agent you will join an established team and not only contribute to team success but continue to develop your skills and expand the opportunities you may not currently be experiencing. You will work for agencies who pride themselves on their local reputation and interest in local community.

We are looking for individuals who continuously enjoy generating leads for themselves in order to maintain market share even when the market is challenging.

Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Prospecting & Managing Sales through to Settlement.
• Building and Maintaining Strong Vendor and Purchaser Relationships.
• Working Collaboratively with the Team.
• Contribute to the Growth of Career Development of Emerging Associates (Senior Agent).
• Coordinating Marketing with Internal Resources & Marketing Appraisals.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

• Current Certificate of Registration.
• Strong Negotiation and Resolution Skills.
• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication.
• Ability to Map Markets and Potential Growth/ Focus Areas within Newcastle and Surrounding Area.
• A Drive to Succeed & Strong Desire to Create Business/Sales.
• Active Interest in Community.
• Relevant Experience within the Industry and Experience Managing/Mentoring Junior Associates.
• Exposure to Systems used within Real Estate.
• Ability to Prove Experience Generating Sales.
• Valid Drivers License.
