They work with federal and state government departments, many local councils, most universities and many other organisations. Their industry leading engagement indicators measure employee attitudes, beliefs and behaviours, enhancing performance through employee alignment and engagement.
Your new role
As the Senior Manager, you will spearhead growth & help clients within the Health, Education and Community Services sectors (HECS) . You will be selling and delivering services that make a difference, adding real value and providing insights into how to be more successful by understanding their clients and employees better. You will deliver high value services (mostly surveys and analysis), and providing insights as their trusted adviser.
What you'll need to succeed
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in business, arts or science with a major in marketing, management, commerce, psychology, statistics or human resources (post graduate qualifications are highly desirable)
- 8+ years’ relevant industry experience in a professional services organisation (research or consultancy), preferably with exposure to the health, education or community services sectors
- 3+ years’ experience of selling professional services (this can be part of the 8+ years’ experience above)
- Demonstrated ability to sell
- Passion for helping organisations achieve sustainable high performance through customer and employee engagement
- Ability to manage complex projects and to manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to find, present and action new ideas and areas for continuous improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who works collaboratively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work quickly and perform under pressure
