What will you create?
You’ll work in the Digital Transformation capability across the Government and Public Sector industry to support the transformation, design and delivery of the future of government. From designing multi-year transformation programs to modernising the delivery of citizen-centric services through an integrated whole-of-government approach, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.
Working in the nation's capital, Consulting brings this to life by providing strategic advice and portfolio & program management expertise. Your contribution will help deliver sustained outcomes which create value for individuals, communities and Government.
As a Senior Associate in our Transformation Delivery & Design team, your impact will be seen by:
Delivering complex and/or large-scale transformation programs;
Leading enterprise portfolio and program management capabilities, enabled through the application of tools and methodologies;
Applying your knowledge and experience to effectively work with and within the Government & Public Sector to help them achieve outcomes; and
Having a pragmatic approach to the application of best practice methodologies to achieve effective business outcomes.
About You
You have a strong interest in building a career in Canberra to support Government, Public Sector and Defence industry clients manage the delivery of client outcomes through governance, portfolio and program management and PMO services across any project.
Your skills and experience may include:
Portfolio and Program Management (traditional and Agile);
Program design, implementation and delivery;
PMO design and implementation;
Business transformation;
Benefits management;
Business design and process improvement;
Agile program delivery;
Risk and issue management; and
Communication and stakeholder engagement
Your qualifications may include:
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation
Portfolio, Program & Project Offices (P3O) Foundation
Agile Program Management (AgilePM) Foundation
Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Scaled Agile Framework (Leading SAFe)
