Senior Accounts Payable Officer

Your new company
A leading global specialist in high tech safety options requires an experienced accounts payable option to join their team based in Mascot.

Your new role
Reporting to the Accounting Manager your key duties will include:

• End to End Accounts Payable using SAP
• Purchase Order management
• Supplier Reconciliations
• Cashflow analysis
• Supplier queries
• Building strong relationships with key suppliers and accounts
• Payment schedules
• Ensuring Procurement agreement / payment terms are met
• Liaising with key internal staff on payment and approval processes
• Month end reporting
• Using SAP

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a senior Account Payable officer role dealing with high value and high volume suppliers ideal
• Strong SAP systems knowledge
• End to end Accounts Payable Experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• Strong reconciliations and analysis
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
