Your new company
This well-established consultancy are quickly developing momentum in the Victorian market, my client is a medium sized consultancy spread across NSW and VIC. With the current market trends, their Sydney office is currently looking to grow their construction team and add an additional experienced surveyor. They provide a range of surveying solutions to a wide variety of client types, and pride themselves on their service which is reflective in the number of long term repeat clients.

Your new role
They are currently seeking a construction set out surveyor to join the team in Sydney. You will be carrying out set out and as-built surveys for the construction of residential commercial and industrial projects and all related tasks. This will include preparing survey data for field work (interpreting construction drawings and sourcing survey data), preparation of plans and checking of work. You will be working either in a one man or two man field team and use top of the range, modern equipment.

What you'll need to succeed
Only candidates with full Australian working rights, and proven background of carrying out the above work will be considered. Familiarity with Australian building set outs would be highly advantageous. Ideal candidate would have 2+ years field experience working on similar projects and confident working independently or in a 2 person team.
