They specialise in diagnostic services for consumers via their referring practitioners and independent health professionals.
Your new role
You will be joining a team on a 2 month contract to provide office based support with assessing and reviewing patient pathology results. You will use your existing clinical skill set to identify abnormal results within patient files. It will be essential to follow critical administration processes in the position to ensure any abnormal results are appropriately identified, responded to and followed up on with the doctor in charge.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be a current Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Be available to work full time or part time
- Able to work between 3 and 5 days per week, 7.5 hours each day
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to document clinical notes
- Strong experience working with a variety of technology systems and be confident on computers
- Experience working within critical compliance processes in clinical settings
