Your new role
With the demand for skilled staff growing every day, we have a requirement for an outcomes focused Manager to join our busy Bendigo business. With Hays Bendigo growing at a rate of knots we need an experienced manager to help lead the way across multiple specialisms. As a Manager with Hays, you will utilise your innate sales acumen to attract exceptional candidates and develop key relationships across private practice and government agencies. All-the-while driving operational excellence through strong management and direct staff mentoring.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you'll already have a successful career in recruitment, perhaps in IT, Banking, Finance, Construction, Property or other professional services arena and be able to demonstrate exceptional business development and relationship management qualities. Your previous recruitment experience will be working in a client facing role, and you'll already have strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and a genuine ability to build business. You’ll already be a highly networked expert in your sector and have strong industry relationships, already representing your team or business with industry / professional bodies and initiating and executing client and industry events effectively. You will already know the value of forging lasting relationship to maximise business opportunities, whilst ensuring a high level of service to both your candidates and clients alike.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate your success in developing others to reach their potential and your genuine passion for accelerating careers.
