Project Manager

COMPANY:

A small T3 construction company specializing in government led projects such as Schools, Community centres, Sporting pavilions and religious halls. This organisation has great work-life balance and provide no weekend duties.

This organization is looking to expand their team with a strong pipeline of projects in the works. This company prides themselves on their culture and quality of projects, as well as their relationships with their clients. 

ROLE:

This role will suit a candidate with experience in running multiple projects at a time, with experience in similar scaled projects desirable.
The role will include managing projects from start to hand over and ensuring projects to be completed to their highest standard. 

You will also be required to manage sub-contract letting, negotiating variations, managing sub-contractor claims/supplier invoices, and dealing with financial management.

REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will be able to display:

- Proven experience in managing multiple projects at a time from $5M + 
- Ability to working autonomously and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills 
- Experience in working in an inclusive team
- Unlimited Australian working rights
