• Lead one of four customer value stream groups
• Deliver transformational change
• Coordinate the end to end stages required to deliver initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Recent experience delivering Digital transformation
• The capability to manage Engineering teams
• Experience in HCD/design thinking is desirable
