job details Project Manager - Civil The opportunity Currently we have requirements for an experienced project manager to come on board of a thriving civil contractor near Newcastle. Due to a growth of projects in their portfolio, this is a very exciting time to join the business Responsibilities of your new role: Prepare monthly progress claims and cost reporting Manage project quality, health, safety, and environmental deliverables Manage project resources are procured cost-effectively, and outputs are implemented to meet milestones and avoid delay and disruption to the program. Implement commercial and financial risk management processes for variations, EOT and other complex claims. Develop and implement successful commercial strategies to ensure Company return on the Project is preserved.
