Job Description

• Lead the implementation of payroll projects
• Build and manage relationships with clients
• Capture customer requirements accurately
• Assist with troubleshooting and client queries, and coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and with accuracy
• Ensure the data in business management systems are accurate and current
• Interpreting modern awards accurately and correctly
• Going through enterprise agreements during the implementation process

The Successful Applicant

• At least 2 years' of payroll implementations, payroll consulting or payroll management experience
• Various payroll systems knowledge
• Ability to manage a high volume of project work
• Strong time and schedule management
• High level of written and verbal communication
